The Lynx Guarantee

No trainer appears anywhere on Lynx until a person on our team has reviewed their application, experience, and credentials and approved them. There is no automated onboarding and no self-serve listing.

• Applications are reviewed by hand, not by an algorithm
• Credentials, certifications, and experience are checked before approval
• Unapproved trainers cannot be discovered or message anyone
• We can revoke trainer access at any time if trust is broken

Nobody is matched by an algorithm. A player (or their parent) picks a coach and asks to connect, or a verified coach responds to a request a player posted, and the other side has to say yes. We never rank trainers by who pays more, and never expose players to cold outreach.

• Every connection is a request one person sent and the other accepted
• Verified coaches can see training requests players chose to post, never player profiles at large
• No auto-matching, no pay-to-rank

Communication is impossible until both sides have agreed to connect. There is no way for a stranger to message you out of the blue.

• No match means no messaging. Full stop
• All messages pass through automated safety moderation
• Lynx administrators can review flagged conversations

Reports are read by humans, not closed by a bot. Anyone can report a concern, and we act on it.

• In-app reporting on every match and message
• Reports are reviewed by the Lynx team
• Outcomes can include warnings, suspension, or permanent removal
• Accounts under review have active matches paused

A player under 18 cannot connect with a coach, join a session or post a request until a parent or guardian has confirmed through an emailed consent link. Parents can also run the account themselves, browsing, booking and paying on their child's behalf, and are alerted when a session starts and ends.

Being honest is part of being trust-first. Lynx is a platform that connects people. It is not a training provider and cannot guarantee outcomes.

• We do not promise a trainer will be available in every area

Verification is a strong signal of trust, not a substitute for your own judgment. Always meet in appropriate settings and report anything that feels wrong.
